Ruja Ignatova, a self-styled 'cryptoqueen' who defrauded investors of $4 billion through her company 'OneCoin', has resurfaced after five years in hiding. Ignatova, who vanished after boarding a plane in Bulgaria in October 2017, is believed to be orchestrating the sale of her apartment in the UK. She's currently the only woman on the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives list.
