₹12-cr Himachal college struggles to attract students, 24 enrolled
A government degree college in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra district, built at a cost of around ₹12 crore, has only 24 students despite having six teachers. The Chander Dhar Guleri Government Degree College in Haripur has 19 Arts students, two in Commerce and three in Non-Medical. The college, spread over nearly 90 kanals, also faces poor accessibility, adding to its struggle to attract students.
