A woman, Dhruvee Patel, has alleged inhuman behaviour by Georgian authorities towards 56 Indians who had entered Georgia through Armenia. She claimed that despite having valid e-visas, they were detained at the Sadakhlo border and made to wait for over five hours in cold without food or washrooms. The group was forced to sit on footpath "like cattle", she alleged.
