The Nishatpura railway station in Madhya Pradesh, built for ₹6 crore and completed in 2023, has earned reputation for being haunted as it's been awaiting passengers, staff, and even trains to stop. A resident said the station is beautifully built, but it's scary to visit at night. An official told TOI that they don't know why the station isn't operational.
