Hitting out at BJP president Amit Shah, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Saturday said that HD Deve Gowda was the first OBC PM of India and not Narendra Modi, as claimed by Shah. Claiming that he proposed Deve Gowda's name for the top post, Lalu added that Shah had no knowledge of history.
