A Chandigarh man alleged he got 844 gram onions when he ordered 1 kg from Big Basket, adding, "I complained...they refunded...then blocked my account." He further said, "They charge you like leeches even if 1g is extra and fleecing thousands daily." He further said that Big Basket's Grievance Officer and CEO Team didn't respond to his mail about the issue.
