In a viral video, Bhubaneswar ACP Narasingha Bhol said "break their legs" to police personnel during a protest by Congress party workers. The protest was against alleged crowd mismanagement after three people died in a stampede in Puri. Reacting to it, Bhol said, "There's a place, time and context in everything...We're free to apply maximum force to stop unlawful assembly."
