OpenAI Co-founder Andrej Karpathy said he has built an AI agent called "Dobby the Elf" to manage his home. "It controls all of my lights, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), shades, the pool, the spa and also the security system," he stated. He added that the agent can also detect visitors and send him a message on WhatsApp.
