French actor Pierre Deny, known for playing Louis de Léon in 'Emily in Paris', has passed away aged 69. In a statement, his daughters said the actor was battling a sudden and severe case of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a terminal neurodegenerative disorder. He also starred in over 300 episodes of the French soap opera Demain Nous Appartient.
