A land scam wherein 114 plots near a stepwell in Sambhal's Chandausi town were sold using an alleged fraudulent will has surfaced, with officials saying that the plots were mostly sold to members of the minority community, TOI reported. The area was initially part of the Laxmanganj locality but later a new colony named 'Mughalpura' emerged. An investigation is underway.
