Filatex India Ltd invested ₹19.98 crore to acquire 1,99,80,000 equity shares in its subsidiary, Texfil Private Limited. This investment will fund Texfil's Polyester Textiles Recycling Project, repay existing Filatex loans, and meet working capital needs. Texfil, incorporated in 2021, has not yet started commercial operations and is undertaking the recycling project.
