A video from Chennai has triggered criticism after a policeman was heard telling a woman, "Harassment happens because you roam around like this after 12am." The woman was confronted by two policemen while she was feeding stray dogs. As the quarrel escalated, both the woman and the policeman began recording each other, during which the policeman made the remark.
