Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania had filed a dowry harassment complaint against him and his family in 2022, in which she claimed, "My husband...beat me after drinking alcohol and [treated] the husband-wife relationship with me like a beast." She claimed Atul's family demanded ₹10 lakh dowry. Atul refuted the claim, saying she never produced any evidence of the alleged assault.
