'Hybrid terrorist' arrested in J&K

Security forces busted a terror module run by an ex-terrorist in J&K's Kupwara. Police had received a tip-off regarding the activities of ex-terrorist Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, operating as "hybrid terrorist", as part of the banned Hizbul Mujahideen's module. Hybrid terrorist is an unlisted, radicalised individual who performs tasks assigned by his handlers and then slips back into normal life.
