Indian startup founder Karthick Raajha listed the things he'll never do after running his marketing firm for six years. He said he'll never promote an employee just because they work the most hours and never mistake busyness for commitment. He noted that he doesn't take lightly the fact that his employees trusted him with their livelihood despite never meeting him.
