A colleague of biologist David Sabatini who had accused him of sexual misconduct and harassment had sent a text to him that read, "I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and feel like I've been gang raped." Sabatini, who fought a long legal battle to prove himself innocent, won a defamation case against Kristin Knouse along with $6 million award.
