Centre said India is "completely secure for the next many months" with regard to crude oil stocks, noting 74 days of total reserve capacity and around 60 days of actual stock cover. India is receiving "more crude oil" now than it did from Strait of Hormuz, it added. "High volumes [are] available in international markets...There's NO supply gap," it said.
