India qualify for women's 4x100m relay final at Asian Games, record season-best time

India women's 4x100m relay team qualified for the final at the Asian Games 2026 on Sunday after topping Heat 2. The quartet of Abinaya Rajarajan, Sneha SS, Sudeshna Shivankar and Tamanna recorded a season-best time of 43.648 seconds and, overall, leveled with Thailand and Japan, and was just 0.02 seconds behind China. The final will take place tomorrow.
