Calcutta HC on Wednesday granted interim protection from coercive action to ex-West Bengal Sports Minister Aroop Biswas in connection with a criminal case filed by event organiser Satadru Datta over Kolkata's Lionel Messi event. "Biswas is putting his hand around Messi's waist...Is he Messi's childhood friend?" the bench asked, noting everyone in Kolkata felt ashamed because of the fiasco.
