The Principal Commercial Court in Thiruvananthapuram ordered a private dairy company, Milnna, to pay a hefty fine of ₹1 crore for violating trademark laws by imitating the name and packaging design of Milma, Kerala’s government-owned dairy cooperative. The court found Milnna guilty of infringing on Milma’s trademark and packaging style.
