Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Shabbir Ahmad Lone, who Delhi Police arrested for allegedly plotting attacks in India, underwent a hair transplant procedure in Gurugram and spent nearly ₹1.5 lakh for it, reports said. He was highly conscious of his appearance and had also approached a dentist to get his teeth whitened. Cosmetic procedures may have been part of efforts to avoid detection.
