'Life-threatening' hurricane Isaias makes landfall in US' Florida

Hurricane Isaias made landfall in US state of Florida on Friday as a Category 2 hurricane with winds reaching 165 km/h and was later downgraded to a Category 1 storm. The National Hurricane Centre warned of "life-threatening storm surge" that could cause up to 9 feet of flooding in some areas. Florida, Alabama and Georgia have issued states of emergency.
