BBC has complained to Apple after its AI feature that summarises notifications falsely claimed Luigi Mangione, suspect in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, had shot himself. The false notification made it seem that BBC News had published the news. The 26-year-old suspect has not shot himself and is currently held in Pennsylvania.
