Shivraj Raghunath Motegaonkar, also known as 'M Sir', was arrested for his alleged involvement in NEET-UG 2026 paper leak. He was arrested after CBI recovered a leaked question paper from his phone during searches at his premises. Notably, Shivraj, a chemistry teacher from Maharashtra's Latur, fought for students and filed petiton after NEET-UG 2024 was hit by paper leak allegations.
