'Night owls' eat less healthy food & have more belly fat, finds study

'Night owls' (people who stay awake till late at night) eat less healthy food and have more belly fat than the 'early birds', a study has found. Such people have a higher body mass index (BMI) and a greater risk of obesity. 'Night owls' also consume less fibre-rich food and have a shortage of essential vitamins and minerals.
