NTA DG Abhishek Singh appeared before Parliamentary panel regarding the NEET controversy and reportedly said, "No paper leak took place, only certain questions came out." However, NTA acknowledged that certain procedural lapses, including memorisation of questions by individuals involved in translation work, led to the breach. The exam conducted on May 3 was cancelled after paper leak allegations.
