Two hours before the arrest of UK's King Charles' brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Prime Minister Keir Starmer said the ex-royal should testify before the authorities in UK and US about his ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. "One of the core principles in our system is that everybody is equal under the law, and nobody is above the law," said Starmer.
