'Obsession' maker sues production house over unpaid profits as film earns $510 million
Leonora Ann Darby, executive producer of horror hit 'Obsession', has sued Tea Shop Productions' co-founders James Harris and Mark Lane, alleging she was denied her contractual 33% share of the film's profits. Darby says she received a $300,000 payment but was excluded from further profits. 'Obsession' was sold to Focus Features for $16.2 million and grossed nearly $510 million worldwide.
