Russia's Moscow saw "oil rain" after Ukraine bombed an oil refinery in the capital. Residents shared photos and videos of black marks on windowsills, cars, benches, and other surfaces. Ukraine said that the attack on the oil refinery was a response to Russian strike that damaged a nearly 1,000-year-old monastery in its capital Kyiv.
