Several OnePlus users have claimed that the company is seeking as much as ₹42,000 to repair phones that have been impacted by "dead motherboard" issues. They have complained that their OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus 9 Pro devices stopped working after they downloaded a software update. Currently, OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is being sold for around ₹44,000 online.
