General Manager for Chrome, Parisa Tabriz, told a US court that only Google can offer the level of features and functionality that the popular browser currently has. Stating that some features of Chrome rely on Google infrastructure, Tabriz said, "Trying to disentangle that is unprecedented." The US Justice Department seeks to break up Google as part of an antitrust trial.
