Production company TVF announced that the fourth season of its web series 'Panchayat' became India's "most-watched show". The season achieved over 7.8 million views from June 30 to July 6. The second season of the show had received 'Best Web Series OTT' award at the 54th International Film Festival of India, marking the first web series to get such recognition.
