Member of UK's House of Lords, Meghnad Jagdishchandra Desai, said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was right in calling the Pahalgam terror attack a cruel attack. "India has to react absolutely forcefully and see to it that not only the perpetrators are punished but that it never happens again," he said. At least 26 people were killed in the attack.
