Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut said PM Narendra Modi stated terrorists will be taught a lesson after Pahalgam attack but he is campaigning in Bihar, inaugurating a port in Kerala. "I am not a defence expert, but looking at PM Modi's body language, it doesn't seem like he's preparing for war," Raut stated.
