The Supreme Court quashed an FIR filed against Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi, who was booked for a social media post featuring a poem 'Ae khoon ke pyase baat suno'. "Literature, including poetry, dramas, films, satire, art, makes lives...more meaningful," SC said. It added that without freedom of expression, one can't lead a dignified life guaranteed by the Constitution.
