Congress' Shashi Tharoor, who was in Bihar to inaugurate Nalanda Literature Festival, said he was “hugely impressed” by Nalanda University’s campus. "My warm congratulations to Dr S Jaishankar and MEA for this achievement,” Tharoor said. He further praised CM Nitish Kumar for developing Bihar's infrastructure. "The roads are better. People are out on streets even late at night," he added.
