Union Minister Rajnath Singh said there's an alarming trend of highly-educated people engaging in anti-social and anti-national activities in India. Speaking about Red Fort blast, Singh said, “The perpetrators of the bomb blast were doctors – those who write 'Rx' on prescriptions, yet have RDX in their hands.” Singh added that knowledge needed to be accompanied by values and character.
