Rapido, a Bengaluru-based ride-hailing startup, valued at over $1 billion, has generated 70 lakh jobs in nine years, adding 1,50,000 jobs monthly. Co-founder Pavan Guntupalli highlighted the need for constant innovation to maintain customer loyalty. Recently, Rapido completed a billion rides and continues to tackle urban mobility issues, focusing on cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai.
