India's high commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, in an interview said that if Pakistan is retaliating to India's actions, then the question that must be asked is what are they retaliating about. He said they are retaliating against action on terror infrastructure. "So what does that tell you of their relationship with the terror groups," he asked.
