A car registration plate number of '0009' series has been auctioned for ₹10.1 lakh in Delhi in September and is reportedly the highest bid since COVID-19 outbreak. A registration number for the same series was sold for ₹7.1 lakh in July. Other high bids in September were of ₹3.1 lakh each for the registration numbers of series 0003 and 0007.
