A Tihar Jail official on Monday said that hangman Pawan Jallad performed a dummy execution of convicts in the 2012 Delhi gangrape and murder case. The four convicts Mukesh Singh, Akshay Thakur, Vinay Sharma and Pawan Gupta are scheduled to be hanged on Tuesday morning. Earlier today, President Ram Nath Kovind rejected Pawan Gupta's mercy petition.
