A massive power outage in US' Indianapolis on Wednesday left at least 1,35,000 people without electricity after a tornado was spotted in Indiana's Carmel. Other affected areas include Greenwood, Beech Grove, Southport, New Whiteland, Whiteland and Homecroft. Residents in these areas were urged to take immediate cover in a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of building.
