Guatemala health authorities said over a million doses of Russia's Sputnik COVID-19 vaccine have expired because nobody was willing to take the shot. "We've tried to make available all the vaccines of different brands...Unfortunately, there has been a rejection among the public to vaccination," Health Minister Francisco Coma said, adding that the wasted shots cost the government about $11 million.
