10.52 lakh e-notices issued at MLFF toll plazas in 3 months

Nearly 1 in 10 vehicles crossing pilot barrier-less Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) toll plazas triggered e-notices for non-payment between May and July 2026, mainly due to missing FASTags or unreadable number plates. A total of 10.52 lakh notices were issued against 1.10 crore crossings, with Gujarat's Choryasi recording the highest violation rate at 11.97%. About 40% of payments were recovered.
