At least 10 children have died and six others taken seriously ill due to a 'mysterious' disease in the 40-kilometer radius in Ramnagar block in Jammu and Kashmir, Udhampur's Chief Medical Officer KC Dogra said on Saturday. "The symptoms of the disease are routine that include fever and vomiting followed by a renal problem," he added.
