Meta reportedly gave around 10% of its staff (7,000 employees) subpar ratings in a recently concluded round of performance reviews. As per the Wall Street Journal, Meta's leadership expects the ratings to lead more employees to leave in the coming weeks and if not enough depart, the company will consider another round of layoffs. Meta fired 11,000 employees in November.
