Ten school children were bitten by a rabies-infected dog while they were going to school in Jahanpur village in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district, as per reports. Following the incident, four children, aged between four and 10, had to be rushed to a government health centre for treatment, according to village head Mubarak Ali. Later, angry villagers reportedly killed the dog.
