The BJP is expected to get a new National President before the Bihar election dates are announced, according to reports. Senior leaders of the party and RSS have reportedly consulted 100 top figures in connection with the matter. One of the reasons cited for the delay is the Vice Presidential poll, which will take place on September 9.
