The Chadian Army has said it has killed at least 1,000 Boko Haram fighters and lost 52 of its own soldiers in an operation which was launched on March 31. Operation Bohoma Anger, which was launched after Boko Haram killed nearly 100 soldiers, ended on Wednesday, an army spokesperson said. The Boko Haram has killed over 30,000 people since 2009.
