A noodle measuring over 10,119 feet holds the Guinness World Record for being the longest noodle. It was made entirely by hand, using 40 kg of bread flour, 0.6 kg of salt and over 28 litres of water. Based on a traditional ramen recipe, the 66.1-kg noodle took the chefs of a Chinese food company 17 hours to make.
